- Identify the available (meta) data in the network members labs (type, size, parameters, …)
- Identify current approaches for storage, sharing, processing (including ML and AI) and long-term sustainability of data
- Identify gaps and challenges in data storage, sharing and processing
- Plan steps forward – adaptation of the current UTILE platform or build a new one
- Plan for data standardization, management, sustainability of data sharing
- Asses the risks (data loss and backup, IP issues, internet issues, platform management, …) and establish approaches to alleviate them
